How We Grew To Become an Agency.
After years of referring clients on to other agencies for additional estate agency services we decided to launch our own estate agency and so Standard Sale UK was born. Following on from the success of our sister company MMPG we are excited to be offering a full range of agency services now all under one roof.

Director
Founder of Matt Morrison Property Group, Matt has been involved in property development, off market property sales, bespoke investment sourcing and hands off project management and has secured numerous deals to suit both seller and buyer needs.
Completing hundreds of property deals for himself & clients, he knows how to get deals done that works for both parties. He has bought, sourced & sold millions of pounds of UK property.
With a quick sale strategy in mind, our agency team will utilise Matt’s vast experience on completing transactions swiftly for a fair price.
Judith Johnston
Head of Sales
Returning to the Scottish Borders after working in East Anglia and Yorkshire, Judith brings a wealth of agency experience as well as expert local knowledge now she’s back on home turf.
A genuine passion for property, Judith completed her first self-build project back in 2011 and has since gone on to project manage various refurbishments alongside growing her own Buy to Let portfolio.
